And make the full recipe but smaller portions. Save the rest. I find that this way most soups can be under 100 calories per serving (1/2 to 3/4 cup) and 'casserole' type things can be about 200 calories per serving (again, about 3/4 cup size). A lot of Chef Meg's recipes work out okay this way, though a lot of user recipes don't.

Hi!~ I've been searching for yummy, low calorie recipes on here. All I am finding is starvation. How are you supposed to make something, to enjoy one tiny lil bit, and be consuming around 200 calories?? Are there any low calorie foods on this website, where you can induldge and not feel guitly?
