As the others have commented, you really can not spot train. Keep doing your cardio and ST and you will see results. It is a lifestyle not a diet that We want to commit to. Progress not perfection!

Keep at it! I gain weight first in my stomach, and it's also the last place I lose it. Unfortunately you can't spot train any area on your body. Just stick with healthy eating and an exercise plan. Once you start losing your stomach will look better too. It's good to exercise and strengthen your core, but don't expect a six pack because you do 50 crunches a night. Just take one thing at a time. If you stick with this you will be so happy with the results.

I don't know what a fat flush is. Good for you eating your freggies. They are your friends in the food world

I started walking just since 4/30//2013 I use to walk along like a turtle in the past. Now I kicked it up like the hare. I so look forward to my walks I take a different path every day so it does not get boring & I put in my ears buds & off I go. ( the same old path I was taking in the past became boring real quick for me ) now I enjoy the different places I walk .

I have that same belly... my Physical Therapist says cardio every day 30 minutes , so walk for 30 ... or walk for 10 minutes 3x daily. crunches unfortunately wont help.... you will have strong abs but belly fat over it. I can not do crunches , back issues but , if you can do both you will get there . emoticon

So, I have been on this site for about a week or longer. Faithfully putting in my foods and exercise and tracking everything. I am doing okay, it's a struggle to figure out what to eat each day without buying anything special. I tried fill up on fruits and veggies and stay away from fats. It seems to be working. I want to try that "fat flush". Has anyone tried it? Does it work or am I hoping for a miracle? I have a big belly and I am not sure how to get that down. Any suggestions? I have just started to do crunches, 50 a night, but they are not my favorite. Any feed back would be appreciated. Feel free to email me just so I feel that I am not alone in this struggle with the "battle of the bulge". Have a good evening, Dee
