One should never be drinking so much water that you feel like you're always running to the bathroom. If that's the case normally, you probably drink too much water.
Drink. Stop. Pee. What're you going to do - dehydrate your body for the convenience of not having to stop while driving? That's nuts. Be healthy - drink just enough, stay hydrated, and pee when you do have the opportunity, even if you don't feel the need, especialy if there isn't another opportunity for a while.
I de-railed on our vacation last June, partly because it was all inclusive and partly because I had dieted so long to reach my goal for vacation that it was kind of a reward. Usually, though I pack my own healthy snacks or buy some when I get to destination. I travel about once a year for work and I always head straight to a store when I land and pick up healthy snack options to keep in my hotel room. If my room has a fridge it definitely makes it easier. I also try to only eat one bad meal a day instead of all 3, usually ends up being dinner since that's the meal everyone wants to eat out. I also make small sacrifices, ordering something that's not the most healthy item on the menu but also not the worst either. Work out if you can, I'm still working on this one... every trip I pack my workout clothes and end up using them once or not at all.
As far as water goes that's a tough one. If you're riding in a car with close friends and family maybe you can use the go girl (Female urination device). Otherwise drink up 30 minutes before planned stops for meals.

The last time i went on vacation i completely de-railed. (fast food, pizza, deep fat fried food, donuts.) I have a vacation coming in June, i know it is far away but i want to pre-plan so i can stay on track this time.
ALSO: I am not going to be able to drink alot of water because it is a two-day drive in the car and i don't want to be pulling over to pee every 20 minutes, and sometimes there isnt a rest stop for a long time. TIPS OR IDEAS?
