That is totally AWESOME! It is the area of my program that needs the most improvement - I do a lot of strength training, but mostly, I get cardio from calisthenics and circuit training and sit ups. I SO need guidance in that area, and didn't do much more than I am currently doing while working out with my trainer. I am not an outdoor exerciser, due to weather and a risky Chicago neighborhood.
