Thank you for asking this question. I have been on Fast Break for 21 days now. I know it's only supposed to be for two weeks but I felt like maybe I wasn't ready. I don't even know what stage 2 has in store for me. I suppose with the moderators answer that I should be good to go with taking that leap!
