OK - I'm taking the leap today. Moving on to stage 2 - wish me luck!!

Thank you for asking this question. I have been on Fast Break for 21 days now. I know it's only supposed to be for two weeks but I felt like maybe I wasn't ready. I don't even know what stage 2 has in store for me. I suppose with the moderators answer that I should be good to go with taking that leap!

If you know how to use your nutrition tracker, it is time to move to stage 2.
It isn't about how much weight you have lost. Stage 2 will give you more tips about losing weight or improving your healthy lifestyle.
