I was weekly, but after hitting a plateau, I started monthly. I always weigh in the morning, naked, after going to the bathroom! Good Luck!

Weigh myself on monday nights, or at least thats the habit i intend on making. This is my first week back on a healthy kick and im feeling positive. So i intend on weighing myself every monday after my pole dance classes and an hour in the gym. Although its at night if im consistent about the time it should show how much i lose still. Was definatly a shock last monday when i weighed myself and i found out id gone from 9st10lbs to 10st 11lbs. BUT!!! the shock i needed to get my bum in gear.
