Yes, Obiesmom2, that techno stuff grates on me, too! I get a headache especially when it's really loud! :0

@Sheryl - loving the Maclemore stuff I've heard. I posted 'Same Love' on my FB.

and I cannot get 'Thrift Shop' out of my head!

@Ashley - I loved the Bee Gees as a kid, but it was more their really old stuff (definitely pre-Saturday Night Fever). I've always been a little 'out of my time' with my tastes.
To me, techno is the highly produced electronic type stuff. All that kind of grates on me.

Believe it or not, I really do love disco (lol)- more like the BeeGees and other stuff from the 70s- and not so much techno (isn't that a lot of bass?). I especially like Bruno Bar's new "disco"-like song, "Treasure."

@Ashley - if you are serious...well, I wish that was true for me. I don't like the techno sound. And it's really popular in group classes. Some is genuine disco, some is today's popular music. I tend to wear earplugs in exercise classes.
