Absolutely, Week ends! Hubby's home, company stops by, watch movies, TV. Cook on the grill a lot. Make deserts for the weekend! Not good.

One of my BIGGEST downfalls....I would have to say WEEKENDS! It usually starts on Friday and if i am good it ends on Mondays...(if i am good)

snacking on sweets while watching my favorite tv shows at night. I do so well eating healthy the whole day then around 8 or 9 I'm craving chocolate like no other...

My downfall is late night eating. After my son goes to sleep at about 6-8pm, I literally attack the kitchen. Whatever I can find ends up in my mouth. I have finally been able to curve the buttered popcorn. One thing at a time and have lost 5 lbs since starting about 2 weeks ago.

my downfall is anything that tastes good. If they had some kind of calorie free "Wonka" gum that i could just taste things w/o the calories, life would be grand!!

My down fall is the weekends. My family eats out or has big get together, in which there is TONS of unhealthy food and I tend to over eat...I'm starting to get better at packing fruits and veggies, or watching my portion sizes.

I'm addicted to sugar. Even the fruit I eat has to be super sweet.Oh, and snack crackers. also that I make excuses for not exercising. One of the quotes that I have on my monitor reads:

When you are just interested in something, you do it only when it is convenient. When you are committed, you accept only results, not excuses."

it would just be eating!! Spent 3 years unable to eat more than a yogurt a day and spent months in hospital being pumped full of meds and TPN feed cos i was very ill with Crohn's disease, had two major operations this year and im now able to eat an almost "normal" diet. So yeah its hard !! emoticon

My downfall is chinese food my husband likes to go for chinese food at least once a month. I love it but, I feel so bloated and swollen after.

I just never have gotten to goal. I lose good, get over confident, gain it all back, do the same thing over again. I have started lossing again today. I gained 60 pounds back from the 100 I had lost. I am so tired of this. I want to reach goal of 150 and stay there.

When I lose weight I tend to overeat too but at least we recognize it and can work on it. I'm also prone to late night snacking and I'm being really concious of that.

I get too ancious to lose the weight that I work out too hard and don't eat enough. Therefore, I don't lose any weight and I build up a lot of muscle, which is good. However, I want to see this weight go down to 150 lbs from the 248 lbs that I am right now.

What is your down fall when it comes to losing weight and getting healthy. Mine is that every time i lose some weight I ruin it by over eating.
