Put the pork shoulder on the grill at 5:30 this morning. Slow roasting for pulled pork sandwiches this afternoon!

gonna be cool with showers Monday, so I am thinking about a brisket. I have a traditional Weber Kettle and I can slow cook brisket for many hours. I have only done one before and it was great. I may do pulled pork though, that too is really good.
