I have everything I need, so if I had an extra $100, I'd put half in my gas tank and give the rest to my church.

Im on a fixed income right now, so "extra money" is something I never have, due to a disability. If I had $100 to spend, I'd buy some exercise equipment-stability ball, free weights, resistance band, and a foam roller! If I had any money left over I'd get myself a cute pair of yoga pants! emoticon

I am going to make my gosl weight.

I would use the money to pay down bills....a little extra on the next car payment or house mortgage payment means $$ saved in interest for years to come.....that would give me great satisfaction.

I will need to purchase a few bins with lids for my crafting supplies and I will also need to add a hanging rack to my closet for my fitness clothing as well as a hook over my door to hang my bands and tubes on.

I will also need a few organizers since I have not lived in my new house long I am still not all that organized.I still need to go through what I have and what I need and what I can get rid of.So once I do all of that I will know what kind of shopping list I can make.

But storage bins and fitness bands and maybe a small kettle bell and a small kitchen scale and even a better bathroom scale.

So far that is what I know I need.

My choice would always be to save it. I get more happiness from having a rainy day fund than from having a new possession.

Stats: Female, 5'4", 28 years old.

Goal: From 152 (07/24/2011) to 125 by December, 2011. DONE! December 4th weighed in at 124. In 2012 I've been maintaining around 122, which is a thirty pound loss. My BMI has gone from 26.1 to 20.9 since following the Spark plan!

Today my thought is nothing. I would keep the $100 until I had a need or desire for something. (And that's not because I have everything, it's just that my wants are less now.)

Put it towards my new vehicle fund. I have been making a payment to myself every month for a while now into a savings account at another bank than my main bank so that when I need to replace one of my vehicles hopefully I won't have to take out a loan because I can pay cash.
It took about 4 months of making that payment to myself before it dawned on me that I could have a payment that size or more and not have the option to not make it so now it is just budgeted in.

Starting this journey over again. Lost quite a bit during divorce almost 5 years ago and have allowed myself to gain it all back by not weighing myself daily and recording what I eat.
God gives me the strength every day to face all obstacles.

Probably a new pair of shoes, I've had the same ones for a while and they are looking kind of ratty and weren't very cool anyways.
I have the ones I'd want in mind too, but waiting to get those as a reward to myself for getting under 200 lbs (and when I save the money for them).

Getting a few meetings with a personal trainer sounds awesome.I have a doctors appointment coming up in a few days its actually the day after tomorrow and I will see what my doctor can suggest.maybe my doctor can figure out what I can do with my medical card.

I hope I can get some help to get me started on my trip down weight loss lane.

I am currently looking online at walmart in there fitness section for a few things but I also buy things used from goodwills in my area and by the time new years comes I should have a nice little collection of things to get me going in the earlier months for inside workouts until summer.

I think I might buy a cheap medicine ball or kettle bell something a bit smaller though maybe 8 lbs.there is a kettle bell for under 20.00 around 8 lbs in my local walmart.

Hiking boots awesome idea also I wish I had a pair of those on Halloween my aunt had a haunted trail in her mother and father in laws front yard it had hills to climb and downed trees that you had to climb over and that was for the people that had to hide.

Good thing I did not have to have my uncle jump out at me he was dressed like a zombie and with his height it worked really well for him.

My aunt had me walk through bushes and sit on a stump. But some boots would have been nice it was hard in a pair of walking shoes.

but this month I purchased a pair of boots from walmart for 15.00 just for the snow and stuff though after all in Wisconsin we get a lot of the white stuff.

If you had 100 dollars left over after Christmas shopping and planning the meal and everything what would you purchase for yourself.

I am doing my own Christmas shopping rite now online at different stores. After paying my bills this month I only had like 100 dollars to give mom for the Christmas budget so now I have 100 left for personal use so I am looking around every where.

Here is what I found so far in the clearance section Emerson Kitchen Scale 11.99 was 39.99

this is just the beginning I will add more to the list later on from 100.00 minus 11.99 I will have 88.01

So what would you get if you had 100.00 to spend on yourself
