I have done ChaLEAN Extreme and I LOVED it. I actually still use it for my ST workouts because I can always up my weights :)
Shaun T (who does Insanity) also just released a new workout program called T25 that I really want to get; it is 25 minute workouts 5x/week and from the little blurp I watched about it, it is cardio and ST all in one workout.

Have you thought of trying Beachbody's (Brett Hoebel) Rev Abs. It is a good combination of weights and some cardio. It is a 90 day program and I lost a total of 19 inches when i did it. I am currently doing Insanity - it scared me too but its growing on me. You could try that too, just for the challenge of it. All the best in finding the best program for you.

I have completed 30 Day Shred, Ripped in 30 and have done No More Trouble Zones and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism for about 2 weeks. What should I do next? I'm a little intimidated by P90X and Insanity, what about Chalean Extreme or New Rules of Lifting for Women? I'm about 2 pounds from my goal weight, so fat loss isn't really an issue, although I have some stubborn belly fat I need to get rid of! Any suggestions? Thanks!
