Try to rein in my temper. You wouldn't think a 74 yr. old Grandma of 10 and a Great Grandma of11 would have a temper but you would be wrong. I can fly off faster than a New York minute. Not proud of it and will definitely work on it .

I'm training for a 10K. I ran a 5K last year and the training not only helped me lose 5 pounds, it made me feel so good about my body and what it can do.

I have finally gotten myself a gym membership at a small local gym (I have always wanted to but never actually did it). I will use this to keep up my motivation and to work out even in the cold Minnesota winters.
