I "teat" myself daily - today its been two cookies n a can of pop ... unfortuantly even that little splurge i've not hit 1200 cals, that's why I don't say I treat myself because some times those "bad calories" are just part of getting into or close to range - not a great idea, but its worked for weight loss thus far in general.

With my 2280 calorie SparkDiet, I get to have my treat for the DAY if I'm good. I had a giant salad with oil and vinegar, and half a cup of part-skim ricotta for (very late) lunch, so I'll get to either have a big supper, or some ice cream or something tonight. I plan to make this a regular thing.

haha I just had some king cake yesterday! I'm all the way up in Minneapolis, though, so I'm not tempted constantly during Mardi Gras season..just got a special package from my grandma.

I make these cracker-thin crispy cookies in my dehydrator that I just love. Their base is whole flax seeds. This week I made a chocolate variety and a pumpkin spice variety. Been enjoying some every day.
My green smoothies always seem pretty treat-like too.
