Stressed out about work, so eating through it. managed to keep my total calories under 2000 for the day, despite wanting to eat everything that wasn't nailed down.

I was invited to speak at an ice cream social event today with one of our corporate partners and they were serving Graeter's Ice Cream. Instead of grabbing a container of Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, I chose Lemon Sorbet then only had 3 bites. Yay for me!

I hope to have many small victories today, but so far, I have one...I had to grab breakfast from Starbucks today and usually I get an oatmeal and a latte. Today I decided to skip the latte and have water instead. Saved 170 calories!

I didn't eat the kids' leftovers after they were finished! Almost did, but threw it away and had some veggies instead. Woo hoo!!! Small victories!
