I take 8,000 mg Omega-3 Fish Oil, Caltrate and Vitamin D - all prescribed by my Dr and Dietitian.

I usually purchase whatever multi vitamin fits my budget at the time of purchase. I take them because my diet is so horrible but I am not constant.

I take a Centrum SIlver multivitamin daily, plus a calcium, magnesium + zinc tablet (or Tums) if I need the extra calcium.

I take a women's multi-vitamin every other day and on the days I don't take the milti-vitamin I take Vitamin C, Vitamin D6, CQ10, Milk Thistle and Chited Chromium

I just started taking vitamins consistently. I take One a Day Womans 50+ and an additional 500 mg of calcium.

I am just curious to find out what vitamins everyone takes on a regular basis. I take B-Complex, Calcium and Omega 3s.
