I take a Centrum Ultra Women's Multi Vitamin/Mineral Supplement, as well as Omega-3 Fish Oil, CoQ-10, 5-HTP, Iron, Zinc, Magnesium, and wash it down with a "Joint Juice" Spritzer (mixed with diet Ginger Ale).
