I have mixed feelings about types of coaching....
On one hand you want someone to really push you....
someone who will make you really work hard and stretch yourself.
On the other hand, I push myself with someone who makes me feel that
they believe in me...it makes Me believe in myself.
My question is:
What type of trainer/buddy helps motivate you more and keeps you that way
someone who coaches you like Jillian Michaels and pushes you to test your limits
someone who encourages you to keep making SMALL steps at your own pace
