My suggestion is to buy a good insulted thermos or bento jar that will keep foods warm. That way you can enjoy a variety of warm foods without a microwave.

This one is reasonably priced, and would do the trick.

I love the ideas posted here so far. I would also add things like celery w/peanut butter, protein shake, and love the nut snack idea. Any protein dense food will keep you feeling fuller for longer.
I usually have fruit, popcorn, a peanut butter to go cup, and stuff like that at my desk to stave off the hunger/craving monster. But do try to make your main meal mostly protein rich to keep you full.

If you have access to an outlet, I just bought my husband a mini crockpot. It's actually a warmer. Plug it in at the beginng of the day and warm by lunch. You could do turkey sloppy joe, soups, crustless potpies, etc. I got ine from Amazon, but I think I saw them at target.

Highly processed, but cliff builder bars are low calorie, high protein. Add an apple or banana and it's a meal.

I pack a ton of fruits of veggies with me. Some days I'll pack a greek yogurt in an small lunch box with an ice pack to keep it cold and some almonds to add to it. I find I'm rarely hungry if I bring a mix of freggies, protein and healthy fats with me as my lunch.

What you are bringing is good, you can also bring a handful of nuts which are very filling and good for you. Measure out a small amount to bring or you may overeat them. Hardboiled eggs are great. Greek yogurt, apples, small bites of cheese, oranges, applesauce cups (unsweetened), bananas..etc...

Even though you are sitting you can still do some movements. Arm circles, squats, lunges, leg lifts. Its good to get up and move around a bit for circulation, it will also reenergize you.

At work I sit all day like most but need some ideas of what to eat. I work at a call center so I can't get up whenver I want. The place I work at doesn't have a microwave. I am there from 1-10pm. When I get home I dont feel like exercising, I am too tired. It of course has to be filling or I go home and eat again because I didn't eat enought at my break at work, which is what I have been doing. I have been taking a sandwich, pineapple and popcorn.
