I've had 4 different colds in 2 months! What's wrong with me!!

Broth-based soup with lots of vegetables is at the top of my list. And minimize sugar as much as possible. It suppresses the immune system.

Hello… I've tried orange juice, oranges, vitamin c, multi-vitamins, and tea with honey. I am still sick with this cold. I've had these allergies for just about 1 week. Any suggestions would kindly be appreciated. Please write me on - username: jlunde0

I usually can't eat much when I am sick. So I will eat whatever will stay down regardless of calories.

You could EAT some oranges versus the OJ. I drink Tang because it has 100% vitamin C in each serving. I also eat tomato soup.

I find lemon tea with honey tastes really good when I am ill (light on the honey).

ha ha d'oh! I looked at the fruit bowl and there's a pile of mandarins. I don't really like eating them, but it'll totally cure my craving! Brilliant!!

Eat some oranges! They will be better than downing, as you rightly say, sugar packed juice, you will get the taste, some fibre and some fullness with less calories and sugar than juice.

I have developed a bit of a head cold. My ears are blocked, my nose is runny, I'm tired, and I'm craving ORANGE JUICE more than anything. But OJ is filled with sugar, so I'm not going there.

So I'm sticking with my water and vitamin C tablets. emoticon

What do you lovely people eat and drink when you're sick?
