My two preworkout go-to fuels are a banana, or a Special K Protein shake. I eat when I get done, and go for something with some protein and carbs to get my fuel back. I work out very intensely, so I need to have something after!

I would save the protein for after your workouts and instead focus on eating some quick digesting carbs such as fruit or maybe a bagel.

I have started working out after work. I don't have to time to eat dinner before going but I need something to eat. I have been eating protein bars, but I am not a big fan. Does anyone have any suggestions of something quick that I can eat before working out?
