Every once in awhile I get bored with tracking but really, it's only a couple minutes out of your day. It's worth it to me. I have the SparkPeople app on my blackberry so that I can track my food on my phone and not have to sit at the computer to do it.
i HAVE done this before. I printed out a copy of my tracker and foods that I have eaten. I started a journal and just jot down what I have eaten. Also, I tend to stick to the same foods so all I have to do is copy or pull from my favorites.
What do you do when you are getting really tired of tracking food? I know for myself I gain back what i lost if i don't track. I am just tired of having to type in every little thing i have eaten. Has anyone else experienced this and if so what did you do to make it less monotonous?
