I throw a little seasoning on them and bake them in the oven. So much easier than frying!!
Sometimes I will brush a little bbq sauce on them while they're baking.

I keep my quinoa in the fridge for a week. Never had any problem with that...

If you have a BBQ, BBQ them! After having BBQ'd wings, it's pretty difficult to enjoy the deep fried ones. :-)

Baked Crispy Chicken Wings

* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 3 cloves garlic, pressed
* 2 teaspoons chili powder
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* salt and ground black pepper to taste
* 10 chicken wings

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

Line a baking sheet with foil and then spray it with cooking spray so the wings don't stick

Combine the olive oil, garlic, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large, resealable bag; seal and shake to combine.

Add the chicken wings; reseal and shake to coat.

Arrange the chicken wings on a baking sheet.

Cook the wings in the preheated oven 30 minutes then turn them over.

Cook another 30 minutes or until crispy.

How long does couscous and Quinoa last once cooked? When does it need to be tossed?

marinading them in the juice+zest of either an orange OR a lemon, some soy sauce, ginger, worcestshire sauce, tomato paste and a little sprinkle of brown sugar when putting in the oven to make even stickier.

Got some chicken wings. Please stop me from deep frying them. Any low cal/fat recipes would be great. Thanks
