I just lay low as much as possible. I still try and work out but i give myself a good break afterward. I also do the usually chicken soup, sprite, crackers. I guess it all depends on what exactly is not feeling good!

I revert to my childhood....Mom's remedies used to include jello, 7-up, chicken soup.....things that are easy on the stomach. If you can tolerate easy to digest foods, then add some foods with high calorie/ nutritional value in small amounts.

Baby yourself until you feel better! Hope it's soon!

i increase my D3 intake. It helps me feel better. I also baby myself and eat soup

I am sick right now and have been. when I first get sick I stick with water, soup & boullion. mild, mild! then start focusing on toast and then whatever sounds good.
I have a very sensitive stomach so I have to take it really slow.

I agree - really pay attention to what your body is saying. Do I feel like a banana? No... whatever your body is craving, stick to that - there's usually a reason. & eat healthy stuff... forgo any junk until you're feeling better (unless popsicles for a sore throat, etc.) - as much water as possible :/

Listen to your body. Make sure you get your fluids in. For an upset stomach, try clear fluids first (eg water, weak tea, broth, gelatin, fruit juice diluted 1:1 with water) and then go to mild foods (eg. toast, cereal, soup, yogurt, milk if you can tolerate it). Most healthy people are just fine with a few days like that but if it goes on for longer than a week or so you probably want to check with your doctor.
