After a quick healthy breakfast, I hit the gym as early as possible. (5 AM on workdays, a bit later on weekends). Makes for a great start to the day.

I run early in the morning--I need to be home by about 6am on weekdays, so depending on my planned mileage for the day, I start between 4:30 and 5am. On strength training days, since I just do that at home, I do it in the evening, after the kids are in bed.

often mornings & afternoons - but I really focus on morning exercise. If things come up during the day, at least I got in some exercise

Usually sometime between 5:30-8PM--after work. It depends on my work schedule. On days when I don't work, sometimes I work out in the morning or do both an AM and PM workouts.

I have to be home by 7 am so the earliest I have and will start is 5 am. but usually 6 or sometimes 6:30 for running.

I'm a SAHM who homeschools. For me, the best time most days is in the afternoon during quiet time. But some days I have to put it in at the very end of the day. And once in a great while I do it in the morning.

You have to do what works best for you. :)

I do the majority of my workout (cardio) early in the morning and my strength training in the afternoon. I do about 50 minutes of cardio and 25 to 40 minutes of strength training (at home). I will also ride my bike 2 to 3 times/week in the afternoon.

You can always try things out to see what works best for you. You could run in the morning 2 or 3 times per week, do kickboxing/taekwondo class once or twice a week in the evening, swim on the mornings you don't run. Don't forget about strength training 2 or 3 times a week. It just depends on what works for you.

There are things to consider: your work schedule, kids/spouse, caring for an elderly family member, etc. It may take some time to figure out what works for you, but once you do, it shouldn't be too difficult to stick with it.

I have a super busy go go life that I set my alarm for 5:30 a.m. and I am on my treadmill by 6. I love my early morning workouts. I also take a core (abs) class at 6:30 2 evenings a week. It's about fitting in it where you can.....It's just like scheduling anything else.
