My dinner tends to be the largest meal, mostly because I'm always too afraid to eat too much for breakfast or lunch because I could potentially reach my caloric intake earlier than what I would like.

I always eat late at night (after 9 PM). I typically don't eat "breakfast" til 2:30PM, but i find if I eat earlier I'm still starving at night & I go over my calorie range.

Dinner - I don't have time to actually enjoy my food at breakfast and lunch anymore so I make dinner a meal worth taking time over.

I used to always have dinner as my biggest meal, but in the past few weeks I have breakfast and lunch as my biggest meals and just a light dinner, hard to get used to but it feels great once you do!

Dinner. I don't eat dessert and I don't overeat, but my breakfast is typically small, and lunch is salad, so dinner is almost always more calories.

I usually eat more calories at breakfast than any other meal. Having a filling and well-balanced breakfast with plenty of protein and healthy fat keeps me more satisfied all day long.

I have a bad habit of eating/snacking when I get home from work. This would definately be the time when I eat the most calories.

This has been something I've been working on.

Overall Evenings are when I eat the most!

Dinner time. That's the time I am most likely to be thinking about and wanting food, so I'll have a little when I get home from work, a little a few hours later, and a little more before I go to bed.

I tend to eat most of my calories at dinner time. I do this because I tend to be a night time muncher and if I have a larger dinner I am less inclined to want to snack.

I try to space it out evenly among 3 meals and 2-3 snacks, but if a difference (more calories) does show up, it's at dinner or my bedtime snack. It's not something I worry much about, though.

Definitely at dinnertime....sometimes I eat more than half my daily intake at dinner. I wish I didn't but I just find that the foods I tend to crave at that time are higher in calories so I tend to save up more for dinner meals.

Dinnertime is when I eat the most calories.

I want to change it so that I eat more evenly throughout the day because it just seems that it would be better. But... I have been successful at weight loss so far, so I am wondering if I should rock the boat.

I usually eat the most at mid-day on my days off, or late night when I work till 9pm.
