We had hamburger soup, itis fast and easy.

1 pound lean hamburger and onion browned

1 can carrots, potatoes, peas, corn and green beans (leave in all juice exept from potatoes)

2 or 3 small cans of tomato sauce

a little garlic salt. Cook in large pan on medium. Fast and easy.

Tomorrow night I am having pork chops and stuffing, I can't wait.

I have had to be a good girl all day because my dad invited us over and is making homemade pizza with pepperoni and sausage. He loads the cheese on too, so it's not really that calorie friendly. I was going to have parmesan tilapia, spinach and pinto beans, but I guess I will be having that tomorrow instead.

Grilled chicken breast
Prepared however: BBQ, parm style, Seasoned, w/dressing

and some vegetable with a baked potato

Tuna cakes (kind of like salmon croquettes but without most of the fat and they are baked instead of fried) and vegetable rice (rice of any kind with any preferred veges in it. I like broccoli, carrots, spinach and olives. I also add some jalapeņo powder to the rice. Yummm)

I'm grilling tonight! Chicken breasts marinated in reduced sodium Dale's, Idaho potatoes sliced and tossed in a bit of EVOO, and asparagus spears lighted coated in EVOO as well. All will be grilled...healthy and easy cleanup!

Sounds good! Unfortunately, I am living in a furnished apartment that is supplied by my job. It doesn't have a slow cooker in the apartment. I really don't want to go out and buy one, because it is another item I have to carry when I go home back to Seattle. So I am using what the apartment is supplying me. But I will keep that in mind when I am in my own kitchen. Thanks

the slow cooker salsa chicken on the recipe site is wonderful, as is PrairieHarpie's chicken curry recipe. I've got a small roast that I'm throwing in the crock pot before we leave for the park. I'm going to shred it and make pasta sauce for some eggplant
