all for you suggestions... I too have some oldies included in my playlists...old school Janet Jackson, Bobby Brown, JLo, Nsync, etc. Most of the newer stuff I have is courtesy of my son. Black Eyed Peas, Ludacris, Daughtry, Fergie,T-Pain, Sean Kingston & some songs from the soundtrack for Step Up.

I have a play list that only has artists that I used to listen to YEARS ago. For some reason it makes cardio (I jog in the morning) easier since I just think about the past. I know that sounds odd, but it really gets your mind turning if music does that for you!
As for strength training or circuit training I listen to whatever is on the DVD

I don't have any suggestions but I listen to my Iheartradio app on my iphone and listen to some local stations and the "My 80's" station. I'm a big 80's junkie so I listen to that one most often.
