I get really excited for new seasonal foods I haven't tried before, so right now my go-to snack is a salad with carrot, daikon radish, and ginger in a rice wine vinegar and sesame oil vinaigrette. Top with chives and sesame seeds, and it keeps well in the fridge over a few days. YUM!!!
I keep snack bars on hand........Kellogs, Atkins, Fiber One......and grab one when the dog and I go walking. At home, it's usually cheese and Triscuits or pretzels.

Corn tortilla chips and salsa. It has flavor and hearty crunch. I also melt cheese on it for the protein.

Lately, it has been the Chocolate fat free Snak Pak Puddings. I add some fresh blueberries and just a Tablespoon of chopped almonds and I get the chocolate I crave, and some fruit, and a little crunch, Yum Yum Yum!!!!!
Sunflower seeds in the shell (I know, too much sodium) Shrimp cocktail Grapefruit Low fat yogurt baby carrots with ranch dip Frozen blueberries with sweetened milk Bananas Almonds Air popped popcorn with olive oil spray, Kernel seasons white cheddar powder, garlic salt

I'm a veggie and fruit lover, so they usually do the trick when I'm feeling alittle hungry....but if it's chocolate I'm craving, ( I'm a total chocoholic) I go for a Instant Jello sugar free/fat free Chocolate Fudge pudding with a tsp. of light whipping cream. Can't beat it for a total of 55 (35 cals for 1/4 package pudding!) cals. and 8 carbs, and best of all, it always satisfies my chocolate cravings and gets me through the real bad days!
