Do you have a local gym or community center that offers group fitness classes? My city's community center does, for example, and you don't have to be a member to go or even pre-register; you just drop in. They do charge a per class fee of $5.25 versus $4.25 for members but it might be a fun way to get out and get moving with others. They may also offer enrolled specialty classes for a reasonable fee. My gym offers things like land and water Zumba and various yoga classes. And the prices are much better than a specialty studio.
I am getting tired of my walk with the dogs. But they both have arthritis so their walk is also a necessity. But then I am going to go for a walk that will be just for me and get some yard work done. Our neighborhood is going to do a yard sale so I need to start getting out boxes of stuff and get ready for that. That means carrying boxes up and down stairs. That should be a work out but not sure how to count it.

An exercise bike, and don't put it in a back bedroom, either!!! Put it in the tv room, and get your butt on there as often as you can, for the rest of your life.

I sometimes do some squats, push ups, jumping jacks...and always get some stretching in.

I'm a bit tired of walking... I want something else to do that involves not leaving the house.
I have a kettlebell, hand-weights, and a yoga mat. Hmmm?
