I don't count calories. I count nutrients. The highest calorie foods I eat are nuts and seeds. Everything else if fruit (which I still limit) and veggies (which I don't). i will say on some days it is impossible to get more than 1000 calories in, but i have topped the charts at at 1700 because I was just curious.
