Congrats on completing and having awesome results with Turbo!!!
After I finished mine, I started doing a hybrid of Turbo and ChaLEAN Extreme because I only did the resistance band workouts that were part of Turbo and no real ST routine. But now I started getting away and I do Turbo 1-2x/week and I'm running and doing CLX as well.

Your body at some point becomes resistant when you're doing the same type of workout all the time, so it won't be as effective. To lose the last of that weight, I'd suggest using HIIT (high intensity interval training) i.e. walking/ jogging/ sprinting or just jumping rope. If done correctly, 30 minutes a day can make a major impact. Another thing you could try is working out twice a day.
Have you tried adding weights? You could try the Chalean extreme (I'm assuming you like the beachbody products) I have heard that really makes you lean. And it is the same lady. Or you could do Turbo Jam. Same lady and good cardio (I have done some of that).

I just recently finished the 90 days of Turbo fire and I LOVED it!!! I lost 23lbs doing it but i'm now at a plateau and I don't know what to do next. I was going to get the advanced series with turbo fire but they changed the package since I bought it so I have all but 1 video for the advanced and they no longer do the 20 minute upper/lower body DVD's so I don't know what to do from here. I tried insanity but i'm just not as into it as I was turbo fire. I don't look forward to it like I did with turbo fire. I want to lose 10 more lbs and i'm stuck. Should I just start turbo fire over? Will I get the same results or is my body used to it? Should I try something new? any suggestions. I have 8 weeks to get these last 10lbs off before I go to the beach. Any help/suggestion
