I am one of those personalities that when I commit to something and others know about it, I have to do it. So I started an exercise Spark Streak and I have been exercising every day for at least 30 minutes for 47 days now. I can't stand the thought of breaking the streak and failing. Not so good on the food resistance....

Lay aside life-harming heaviness and entertain a cheerful disposition.

I treat exercise as a Daily Habit--just something I do everyday! When I don't exercise I feel terrible--stiff & achey & miserable. And my mood is definitely subpar. When I DO exercise I feel fantastic--mentally & physically! :)

I think what motivates me is having others notice my weight loss and compliment me or ask me how are you losing weight! Plus watching the scales go down or inches fall off, and of course success stories!

when I started out it was getting my weight down. Now that I am near I let life tell me when but make sure that I do, no slacking as it has taken time to get here

Getting my kitchen healthy will be a lot easier to do when I move out. Right now it is hard cause people keep bringing up the junk that I don't want...

It is nice to have someone be active with you. I like how I feel after a work out.
I feel better when I eat better.
I like the feeling when I put on a dress and I look good in it not fat.
The weather changing is a great motivator I like doing activities outside.

I am have made my kitchen fit and want to keep working on it when I need groceries.

Just wondering what motivates you to get up and workout when you really want to, or eat healthy when you really just want that piece of cake?

Mine is watching other people's success stories, seeing them succeed makes me want to do the same for myself.
