ashley,i can totally relate! i love the quote "eat good, feel good". If i follow that to a T i have so much more energy. If i slip up, i def feel it!! def get tired and moody. funny how when we don't think as food as FUEL our bodies quickly remind us that the food were eating is NOT what we need! what workout is your fav???

My biggest motivation come from how I feel. There are weeks I feel great so I slip up with lacking on my exercise or healthy eating and I feel it! I am tired and crabby and I just have no energy. That feeling motivates me to get my butt moving and to take care of me. :)

seeing all the new fruit and veg in the shops makes me want to eat it i love this time of year fruit veg being able to get outside into the garden or out for a walk
