Hi everyone! I'm looking to buy a heart rate monitor to accurately tell me how many calories I'm burning. I've been researching the different types but just ended up confusing myself further! I found some that are "best for running" and different ones that are "best for cycling" etc... I want one that can track my calories running, cycling, swimming AND cross-training. Is there an all-purpose one?
I also want a model where I can input my weight, age, height etc...
Anyone have any recommendations or can clear up my confusion??
