I love warm japanese food. BUT: I love GOOD food. From fresh ingredients, well made. A naturally (slow) grown chicken, fresh. with garlic and lemon from the oven. And I'm happy. Homemade noodles with fresh grounded spelt-grains and eggs. Only with a bit onions and butter. And a salad. Or fresh picked strawberries. Or a sponge from fresh eggs, grounded (whole) spelt, sugar, vanilla. Without anything. As a treat.
(ok, I'm hungry, I wait for my hubby who is just on his way to pick up some fresh baguettes as we are in france on holiday at the moment *g*)

I love all kinds of food - Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese, American, Italian, Malay, Indian, Mexican. I love Japanese sashimi, Chinese steamed or stir fry dishes, Thai Tom Yum soup, Vietnamese Spring Rolls, American healthy sandwiches, Italian spaghetti, Malay Beef Rendang, Indian Curry and Mexican Grilled Chicken Salad. Just wondering what others like.
