All foods put into tracker and that includes snack. You don't want to go over your calories so that is all you can have.

The first step is realizing!! EVERYTHING makes me want to eat so when I get the urge I go for a walk, clean something, or do needlework!

It sounds like you need to change your diet by changing you meals around. This worked for me.
