I got skim milk instead of whole milk in my iced coffee today and it tasted great. Looking forward to fewer calories in my once or twice a week treat.

An usher tried to squeeze me into an over-crowded pew at a wedding last night, and a woman said, "She's tiny; she'll fit." I never thought those words would be said of me. Thanks Sparkpeople!

Mine was when I saw that I had lost another 1/4 inch off my waist and another 1/8 inch off my hips this morning. I'm aiming to lose 2 inches off my waist and hips every month, and all is going steadily well so far.

I've had a couple of woohoo moments this past week.

My first one was when I went to Golden Corral and stuck to my eating plan (salad, skinless rotisserie chicken breast, steamed veggies, fruit for dessert), and when I had my "pleasure" meal yesterday and only had half of a hamburger and one peanut butter cup. Other woohoo moments this week include working out 6 days (yay!) and being on track with my eating.

I can hardly wait for Mondays weigh-in!

Motivation Mantra: If youre walking down a set of stairs and you slip on a stair, you get up and continue your walk down. You would never get up and then throw yourself down the rest of the stairs. If you've "fallen" lately, now's the time to get up, forgive yourself, and move on!

When I went to a the live theatre at Christmas and EASILY fit in the seat! I actually lifted myself in and out a couple of times just to be sure! :) Also, I started a new fitness plan this week, aiming for 6 workouts a week. This morn decided to skip the gym. I justified it to myself that with the scheduled class I am taking tomorrow it will be 4/6 workouts in my first week and that is ok. Then, the scale was down 3 lb! I am totally going 6 times next week!

Enjoying the journey to discovering the "real" me!

Last year at this time when I started on Spark, my goal was to get back into my cute size 8 clothes in the back of my closet. Over last summer I flew past that and landed in a size 4-6! I'm nostalgic about not being able to wear most of those cute clothes, but do you know how many cute clothes there are in size 4-6? I'm having a blast updating my wardrobe! Whoo-hoo!

I never realized how much of a difference a good weight lifting plan can make. Now, if I only have time for one thing, it's lifting weights. If you're not already doing it, try it!

I am wearing underwear that didn't fit before. I have them on right now! Also the outfit I wore to work yesterday had been too small for quite a while, but I put it on yesterday and was really proud of myself! The pants were quite loose at the top - what a wonderful feeling!

My "woo-hoo" was yesterday. My DH picked me up (literally) and when he put me back down he said, "Wow! That was so easy." Of course, the look on his face was great, too.

I posted a whole blog yesterday about my woohoo moment. After being in a size 26 jeans, and then I shrunk out of them, the size 24 jeans still didn't quite fit. Yesterday, I was finally able to zip those up.
The next goal is to get back into my size 22 Baby Phat jeans.
Then to need to get a size 20.
Then 18...
Then 16...
Then 14...
and
dare I say it?
My goal size of 12.

My woohoo moment hasn't come yet, it will be the day that I can get at least three Loyal Customers. I'm an Independent Distributor for a company called It Work. I love the products they have, I use them when I can, although I'm finding it hard to continue with them because I'm doing everything I can to earn the money to buy and promote the products. So far I've tried the Ultimate Body Applicator on my mother and she lost 2 inches in her midsection, I've tried the Ultimate Thermofit, however at the time I was not eating right, only having one meal a day and not doing much to help the supplement work.

I'll be getting back onto that one when I can get another bottle... I hate have no income. That will change soon, I hope. Wish me luck, and if you would take a look at my business site, see if you can pass it along to others.

Mine is small but it is still awesome!

I am a huge lover of monster energy drinks( I know they aren't good for me) but my uncle got four of them and he offered to give me one and I said no!!!

I knew that I only have 800 calories left for the day and I knew they are 400 calories and I still haven't eaten dinner. I didn't want to go over my calories when normally I wouldn't care! This is how I know that I have made progress!!!

What is your woohoo moment for the day?
