1/4 cup full fat plain greek yougurt
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
6 walnut halves crushed lightly
couple spoons of Large unsweetend coconut peels

Fantastic Stuff.....I eat this when I have a busy, on the go, type of day and I am not hungry until 2-3pm. I dont eat any sugar or my diet is very different than most

I make my own granola. basically 3 cups old fashion oats, chopped walnuts or slivered almonds, 1/4 cu. of honey and a little olive oil, cinnamon, mix and spread on tray one layer, bake for 30 minutes at 250, let cool add dry cherries or cranberries store in air tight container, great with natural greek yogurt

This is my new favorite. I toasted and ground old fashioned oatmeal in a blender to a coarse meal like grits. Now I cook it for 1 and half minutes with skim milk.
Once this is done it's nice and creamy. Toppings options- depends on my mood.
1.Just a pinch of salt
2.Berries of choice
3.Half a ripe banana
4.Chopped dried fruit
5.Chopped nuts
And I am loving it

my opinion is based on dental answer.

NO dry cereal as they are carbs and carbs are bad

on teeth as sugar .

Also most cereals are made of grain. Grain is what fokes feed to

livestock in holding pens week or two before they slater them to Fatten them up.

Just a thought. This is true tho do some research you see. They do not feed them eggs,

or fruit or such its grains.

just wake up one minute sooner and cook something healthy with Protein.

I never buy the stuff no more.

If one needs cereal for breakfast i say grits with spray butter or

just cook an egg takes same time as open that costly box of grains .

Just my opinion.

Cereal for kids snacks or self should be a def no dentist says emoticon

Cream of wheat with dried cherries and cinnamon. Perhaps a drop of vanilla soy milk or some almond milk.

Also very fond of oatmeal with cinnamon and unsweetened applesauce, chopped dates & pecans, or some peanut butter stirred in.

And I'm just curious - does anyone eat grits? If so what do you have in place of butter?

Mom's Best Naturals is my favorite line of cereals, I pretty much love all of them, but the "Mallow Oats" is my favorite. Delicious!

I won't turn down a bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios, Chex, or Kix though. emoticon

I'm into Special K Vanilla Almond and Cheerios. The serving size on the special k is a bit small though - only 3/4 cup and sometimes that doesn't seem like enough.

I cook oatmeal and barley together then add a sprinkle of cinnamon, a few raisins and chopped walnuts. Keeps me full several hours without wanting to snack.

Honestly, my perfect breakfast cereal doesn't exist. I would mix the nutrition of Jook boiled in chicken stock with vegetables, retain the texture of pure rice Congee, but with a low glycemic index and the ease and satiation of rolled oatmeal.

My perfect bowl is no cereal at all. Instead: handful of pecans, fresh blueberries, and topped with unsweetened almond milk. Optionally I add stevia, strawberries, other nuts, or coconut. Could add dried fruits too.

Kashi Go Lean Crunch...oh my gosh ! Naturally sweet and oh so crunchy .
Whatever crumbs are left in the bottom of the box go right in my yogurt cup as "granola"
