My goal is to get into the "healthy" BMI category, which is below 150 pounds for my height. I got out of the "obese" range which made me VERY Happy. I've lost 30 pounds in 8 months with SP. 25 pounds to go. emoticon

my number one goal is to not give up, or fall out of ambition. I tend to go for three weeks then fizzle out, I plan to finish this life style change.

My trip to a healthier me.

To show my daughter that you can eat healthy even though you have a busy life. My goal is for her to not have to fight this battle but to have learned how to maintain before it becomes an issue.

My number 2 goal is to lose my last 20 pounds. My #1 goal is to not gain back the weight I lost and maintain my weight loss so far.

EVERYONE knows EXACTLY what they NEED to do to be fit, healthy, and slim.
The problem is, nobody does it.
