This is a great place to share and grow. I appreciate all the input and because of the information I have received I drink more water, walk every chance I get, exercise to Coach Nicole's videos, and am totally aware of what I eat. I feel better, happier and healthier, and it's not a diet! It's a great lifestyle. I think all my habits have improved.

How funny you should ask. Yesterday my kitchen was a mess. I eat better when I plan better so I made crab cevche, chicken salad, apple salad and cut up some carrot sticks. For me keeping healthy things around is a must.

planning my day the night before...i figure out what i am going to eat and what excerise i am doing the next day...then it is a no brainer...i just do it
