I know I'm a beautiful woman. I've heard it said before and when I look at the mirror what I see ain't soo bad at all hey!!,I even participated in a beauty pageant in high school and came out third place. Also I'm smart and think I have achieved so much for my self. Adding weight over the years and gradually crossing the line from overweight to obesity has gradually taken a toll on my emotions and at a time on my confidence. I feel that this is something I need to do. I look forward to the day I'll jump on the scale and shout eureka! That thrill of success that awesome sense of achievement! This keeps me motivated. So though I fall a thousand times, though I stagger or even move back a bit. I keep my eyes on my goal and God being my strength, I know I shall suceed.

What is pushing you to take that extra step to slim down and become healthier?
I want to be able to wear a bathing suit without feeling embarrassed, be healthy and in shape not only for what people see on the outside but the good it will do for the inside.
