I eat meat for every meal... well lunch and dinner. So no, I don't think what you're eating is too much, especially since you're sticking to lean meats and fish.

I imagine the lower end of your SP protein range is 60 grams.
Are you getting at least 60 grams of protein daily???

If you want more ideas, make your nutrition tracker public, let me know if you need the steps to do this.

It's usually chicken breast for dinner (grilled or baked), scrambled eggs or omelet occasionally for breakfast to get more protein, and at times I add chicken to my salads for lunch, so I didn't know if I was going overboard.

No this is not too much.

What do you eat for protein the other days?

Hello,

I probably have fish maybe 1-2 times per week and either ground turkey or chicken 1-2 times per week, especially this time of year where it's easy to make all those warming crock-pot chicken dishes. Is that too much? Should it be less? I'm not vegetarian or vegan, I just want to know that I'm not eating too much.
