I usually have oatmeal(I add cinamon yum) with blueberries, rice milk and a hard boiled egg. It usually ends up at around 300-400 calories.

I eat a lot of Cals at breakfast.

3-4 egg whites, toast, fruit and yogurt

i'm not much of a breakfast eater so i usually eat a bowl of fiber one cereal, or a packet of lower sugar oatmeal. i always make myself eat something though to get my metabolism going.

I usually eat most of my calories at breakfast, this way I am satisfied and full of energy, a typical breakfast for me is
egg whites(usually 4)
peppers,onions,mushrooms
1 slice of cheese
2 slices of light rye toast dry
coffee with 2 tbls of flavored cream(I have to have it)
a piece of fruit for even more fiber!
Today I had a bowl of fiber one cereal and 1/2 cup of 1% milk with a banana and coffee! I kept it under 400 calories this morning!

Combination of fiber, protein, calcium, and healthy fat

A piece of fruit and a toasted cheese sandwich: whole wheat bread, 2% cheese slice, olive oil

Western Alternative bagel, 1 Tbsp. peanut butter, and a glass of milk

When I'm dieting hardcore my everyday ideal breakfast is(very protein-y, lol)

1/2 cup of eggbeaters(two servings or two eggs worth)
1/4 cup of fat free shredded cheese on top
1 slice of fat free ham for added taste and protein

All adds up two about 200(or a little more depending on the cheeses and ham) and is protein loaded which I hear fills you up and keeps you satisfied longers.

High fiber,high protein and full of nutrients.Mine usually consist on a smoothie made with mixed berries,flax meal and protein powder and on the side i would have a gluten free waffle topped with natural PB.....i lo-ve it!!!.The calorie intake is around 400-450,my biggest and calories dense meal of the day,as it should be.

My breakfasts vary, but all have 25+ grams of protein

4-6 scrambled egg whites
2 pcs of multi grain/high protein toast or Kashi Cereal
1 bowl of berries
maybe a very small orange
1 c. of .5% Milk

btw 350 to 425 calories

My ideal breakfast would be lots of food without any calories at all! Breakfast is my favorite meal. emoticon If calories were not an issue I'd have:
A bagel grilled sandwich, with a fried egg, cheese, bacon or sausage, with hash browns and coffee. Or, Blueberry pancakes, scrambled eggs and bacon (calories? thousands!). Oh man! What's my ideal breakfast currently? Oatmeal, a banana and a skim latte. Total calories: 320. Sexy, huh? emoticon

Either:

1 cup Fiber One Honey Clusters
1/2 cup Skim milk
1 large orange
Calories = 289

OR

1/2 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup raisins
1 cup water
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 large orange
Calories = 299

The great amounts of fiber in both keep me full till lunch!

I had scrambled egg with 2 ounces of spam lite, 1 slice of swiss cheese(1oz), and 2 tbsp of pace picante sauce. I also added 3/4 cup of cheerios with 1/2 cup of 2% milk.

Calories= 453 emoticon
