I also want to not gain (hopefully lose) when I am on vacation this month. I think the change in routine that week will do me good. Hopefully jump start me when I get back. My goal for May depends on what I accomplish in April. I'm working on losing weight I've gained back in the last year and I have 9 lbs to go on that. I want that gone by the end of May. Hopefully sooner. Then I can work on getting to numbers I haven't seen in years! I'm excited to see them again!
I just want to finally stay on track. I've had three healthy days in a row. Three days of using spark people. Three days of not overeating. And I'm feeling great! I'm dreading the weekend, because that's normally when I make mistakes. But this time will be different. This time I have spark people keeping me accountable. I'm going to plan my meals just like during the week and workout after my play rehearsal. April will be the beginning of my Healthy New Year that January never was.

My goal is to get out of the plateau I've been living in and try some new and exciting things. I have signed up for 2 runs (which I've never done before)!! Gotta get ready for summer bathing suit weather!

I try to make a plan for what I want for the month. So my goal for April is to lose 5 lbs which will get me out of the "overweight" category for my height. I also hope for looser clothes.
