First would be: Swimming laps - but have not for four months. Second would be: Walking-jogging outdoors - but haven't for several months. Third would be: Walking-jogging on treadmill - have not done so for a couple of weeks.
My Tony Little Gazelle! I actually LOVE my gazelle! I have it sitting in my living room and if it's too cold to walk...... snowing....... icy........ or raining.......... I can always work out on my gazelle and I can do it while I watch TV!

Exercise bike, in the living room, so we can watch tv, we do at least 3 to 4 hrs. per day, not all at once. We do it holidays, weekends, doesn't matter, as long as we are home, we do it, have been for almost 10 years.

My go to exercise is swimming. It's a great aerobic workout. 18 laps in 30 minutes = 1/2 mile. Then running in the water for 10-15. Having RA in my joints this is the best way to work out. Rewarding myself with a soak in the 104 degree hot tub..

I love Zumba and I am now also using a biggest loser workout, but I am really thinking about getting an elliptical.
