I make mine too; by using soya sauce with less salt, oyster sauce,a little beef soup mix or soup broth, and 2tbs of corn starch to thicken the sauce.

Iron Chef brand, all the varieties have been excellent and worth the price for the convenience.

Oyster sauce and sriracha but the stir fry needs fresh ginger, garlic, and onions too!

I love soy sauce and chili sauce. I really love spicy, though, so I lots of cayenne pepper in my stir fry. Yum.

I usually make my own. Kikkoman soy sauce, chicken broth and a little cornstarch. Depending on the meat, I use different spices.

I do not like the oyster or hoisin sauces~

I make my own. For Broccoli beef, I use equal parts of Lowfat/FF Catalina dressing & Hoisin sauce. For other stir fry dishes, Hoisin sauce, Oyster sauce, and Low Sodium soy sauce.

My favorite is a vegetarian mushroom stir-fry sauce by Lee Kum Kee. It rocks!

I always make my own. It's really easy - soy sauce, rice vinegar, a bit of sesame or chili oil, a bit of brown sugar, and sauteed ginger, garlic, and green onions. Mmmm. Surprisingly good paired with carrots and green beans.

One I found from Weight Watchers is:
2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 Tbsp. sherry
1 Tbsp. honey
