I believe in myself, I am a strong woman. I will reach my goals, NOTHING & NOBODY will hold me down. I will live my life with integrity and intention. I will set a good example for my daughters and my son. I will be a woman that makes my grand children proud when they look at pictures of me long after I've left this earth.
My favorite super fast dinner is a salmon patty with a sweet potato and asparagus. Ready in 12 minutes. I put the sweet potato in microwave for 7 minutes salmon patty on indoor grill then asparagus in microwave for 5 minutes.

Source yogurt (cherry is my favorite) with slightly defrosted frozen berry mix, sliced banana and some Bran Buds sprinkled on top. I've had this for work lunches almost every day for the past few weeks, and it's so yummy! Almost like dessert.

I like a Veggie Omelet1Tbsp of Green peppers, red peppers & Onions dry minced and reconstituted, 2 fresh mushrooms, 1 wedge of Laughing Cow Lite cheese, & 1/2 cup of egg beaters.. I have also tossed in left over veggies, like brocolli, corn, peas, etc..

I make a weekly menu so there's rarely any surprises. I try to schedule meals based on my family's schedule on any particular day. A quick meal would be pasta w/sauce and frozen meatballs.

I'm all about the fajitas as well. For a quick breakfast.... low fat or whole grain eggo waffles, a cup of whatever fruit I have on hand, maybe a thin smear of peanut butter and a some low fat vanilla yogurt on top.
I need ideas to many times i can't figure out what to fix so i eat out ! NOT GOOD !
The Lord is my strength and i know i can do better with the Lords help. The Lord laid it on my heart to start a team called GOD ANSWERS PRAYER AND I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE ANYBODY THAT WANTS HELP TO LOSE THEIR WEIGHT TO JOIN . I KNOW I CAN'T DO THIS WITHOUT THE LORDS HELP !
