Mine changes. Frequently it is raw spinach; I crave it straight out of the bag.

My favorite healthy treat is frozen grapes. When I return from the supermarket I wash the grapes and put them in the freezer still on the vine. Great for popping a couple in my mouth when I need a treat. I would appreciate other ideas.
