My favorites are yogurt or yogurt with blueberries or raspberries added in, hummus/veggies, and bananas.

I love the frozen food suggestion - the only frozen food I normally eat is frozen grapes. Clementines are amazing, too. Any other ideas?

I like frozen grapes or blueberries. I have dipped frozen grapes in peanutbutter and that is good too.

I also like to freeze my light yogurt. I pop the containor in the microwave for 10-15 second and it is a refreshing treat in the afternoon at work.

Can you tell I like frozen food lol!

Lowfat cheese sticks
Bananas
Kashi Trail Mix bars
Nuts (almonds, walnuts, peanuts)
Grapes
Oranges
Clementines (better than oranges)

I'm looking for ideas of healthy snacks I can take with me on the go - pretzels and hummus and an apple with peanut butter are two snacks I've been eating a lot lately.
