2 Chicken Tacos with lots of salsa. Side of refried beans. Side of rice.
Crab legs (one big one or two or three small ones. Risotto or pasta salad. Side green salad.
Keep a sense of humor. Remember, laughing burns calories too!
Laugh until it hurts! It's one of the few things in life that's still free!!

We had a nice dinner with stuff I had in the pantry and freezer last night.
We had pork carnitas that I bought already prepared at Costco.
Uncle Ben's Country Inn Oriental style Rice
Lesuers very early young peas
I ate half a serving of rice.
I ate a full portion of the pork and peas.
I have a kitchen scale so I weighed my food.
It was really good.
For an bedtime snack I ate 1/4 of a serving of the rice with a cup of organic chicken broth.
I slept like a baby last night.

I've been on a sweet potato kick recently, so I throw one in the microwave, then chop up some spinach, onion, and turkey and throw it in the skillet to brown and saute, then mix it all together.
Or I go classic with 2 scrambled eggs, turkey, tomato, and have it on a wrap or slices of bread.
